Am I Stressed?

Take the HS test to see if you could be suffering from stress…

We all get stressed from time to time, especially throughout our teenage years. There’s a ton of pressure during puberty and everything from exams and friendship bust-ups to homework and annoying siblings can be a source of stress. Then there’s the added pressure of working out what to do with your life and wondering if you’ll make a success… It’s hardly surprising that 60% of young people feel unable to cope due to pressure to succeed as a recent study found*.

Getting Help

It’s no wonder stress can become totally overwhelming at times. If you’re worried you might be suffering from stress, don’t suffer in silence. It might help you to work out what the cause of your stress is first – is it school, friends, work or relationships? Depending on the source of your stress, you may want to talk to a friend, family member, colleague, boss or teacher.
